Go to Attribution in the sidebar. Choose an attribution model: First Touch (which channel got them), Last Touch (which channel closed them), or Linear (equal credit across all touchpoints).
Click any closed deal to see the full touchpoint history: every page they visited, every email they opened, and exactly what triggered the purchase decision.
