Set up your AI business agent in 5 minutes
This guide walks you through the complete CooVex setup — from creating your account to receiving your first AI briefing. It takes about 5 minutes.
Go to coovex.com and click Start Free Trial. Enter your name, work email, and password.
Use your business email address. CooVex uses it to pre-fill your business profile.
After signup, the Onboarding wizard launches automatically. Enter your business name, website URL, industry, and country. This data is used by the AI agent to calibrate all monitoring and recommendations.
Type competitor business names or website URLs. CooVex will start monitoring them for pricing changes, new reviews, content activity, and hiring signals.
Connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Business, or your CRM. Each connection unlocks more AI features. You can skip any and connect later from Settings → Integrations.
The more channels you connect, the smarter your AI agent becomes. LinkedIn + Google Business is the minimum recommended setup.
After setup, your agent runs its first analysis. Within a few minutes, your Dashboard fills with signals, competitor data, and your first Business Health Score. Check the Agent Inbox for your first batch of prioritized actions.
