The Health Score (0–100) is a composite metric updated daily. It combines your digital presence, review sentiment, content activity, lead volume, and competitor position. Click the score card to see the full breakdown.
A score below 60 means the agent will send more urgent signals. A score above 85 means you're outperforming most businesses in your industry.
The Agent Inbox shows prioritized signals — ranked by urgency and business impact. Red signals require immediate action. Violet signals are opportunities. Green signals are wins to acknowledge.
Each morning, CooVex generates a briefing — a ranked list of the top 5 things to focus on today, based on signals, goals, and deadlines. It's available at the top of the Dashboard and delivered by email at 7am.
