CooVex scores every lead 0–100 using AI, so you always know who to prioritize. This guide covers adding leads, understanding scores, and moving them through your pipeline.

Add or import leads

Go to Leads. Click Add Lead to enter one manually, or use Import CSV to upload a spreadsheet. You can also connect HubSpot/Salesforce to sync automatically.

Understand the AI lead score

Click any lead to open their profile. The AI score (0–100) is explained with the exact factors. Scores above 80 are priority — contact them within 24 hours. Scores below 40 go into cold nurture sequences.

Move leads through the pipeline

Use the Kanban view to drag leads across stages: New → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed. The AI updates the score as the lead progresses.
