Customize how AI scores your leads
The AI lead scoring model works out-of-the-box, but you can tune it to match your specific sales reality. Adjust factor weights so the score reflects what actually predicts a closed deal for you.
Go to Settings → Lead Scoring. You'll see all scoring factors and their current weight (points). Drag the slider or type a new value to adjust each factor.
If you find that email replies are the strongest predictor of a deal closing for your business, increase that factor to 25–30 pts and reduce lower-signal factors like LinkedIn connection.
After adjusting weights, click Preview Changes to see how your existing leads would be re-scored. Check that your known best leads score 80+ and your cold leads score below 40 before saving.
