Notifications & Alerts

Get notified the moment something important happens

CooVex sends real-time alerts the moment something important happens — a competitor move, a new negative review, a goal at risk. This guide shows how to configure them.

Configure notification channels

Go to Settings → Notifications. Enable email, browser push, or Slack. For Slack, paste your Slack webhook URL and select the channel.

Set alert triggers and thresholds

Choose exactly what triggers an alert. You can set thresholds — for example, only alert if a competitor drops price by more than 10%, or only send a review alert for 1–2 star reviews.

Set Quiet Hours (e.g., 10pm–7am) in Settings → Notifications so you don't get woken up by non-urgent alerts. Urgent alerts (new negative reviews, critical signals) override quiet hours by default.
